1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UnitFlow Systems ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

UnitFlow Systems is a cloud-based property management platform that enables landlords, property managers, and tenants to manage rental properties, collect rent, track maintenance, and communicate. The Platform is designed for use in Tanzania and supports Tanzanian Shillings (TZS).

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS)
  • Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled per our refund policy available upon request
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with Platform operation
  • Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Limitation of Liability

UnitFlow Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted by Tanzanian law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
